Fast Growth School Coalition (FGSC) remains committed to working to ensure smart, sustainable public policy that addresses the funding challenges facing our member districts, their schools, students, and their larger communities.

For 35 years, the Fast Growth School Coalition has educated and advocated for investment in the state's fastest-growing school districts. Together, the collective voice of our state’s destination districts is making a difference. In short, membership matters!

WHAT IS A FAST-GROWTH SCHOOL DISTRICT?

To be identified as a fast-growth school district, the following criteria must be met*:

  1. Enrollment of at least 2,500 students during the previous school year; and
  2. Enrollment growth over the last five years of at least 10%; or
  3. A net increase of 3,500 or more students.

*Districts that qualified in 2020-2021 or 2021-2022 are eligible for membership.

  • Member-only legislative and policy updates, as well as opportunities for active engagement in the legislative process;

  • Emerging Fast Growth District: $700
  • District Member: 2,500-4000 Students: $700
  • District Member: 4,001-10,000 Students Org: $1600
  • District Member: 10,001-20,000 Students Org: $2800
  • District Member: 20,000+ Students Org: $4000
